92strik Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Online Gaming Platform

Welcome to 92strik. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User") and 92strik ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 92strik website at 92strik.app and all services, games, promotions, and features available through it.

By registering an account on 92strik, accessing the website, or using any part of the platform — whether for free play, real-money gaming, or any other purpose — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use 92strik.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotion terms, and policies such as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion's terms will apply to that promotion only.

To register and maintain an account on 92strik, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 92strik does not permit minors to open or use accounts under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, and other legal structures may not register accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your real full name, valid email address, and date of birth.
• You must not be subject to any court order, legal restriction, or personal self-exclusion that would prohibit you from participating in online gaming.
• You must not have had a previous 92strik account closed or terminated for a rules violation.

Each person may hold only one registered account on 92strik. Holding multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a variant of your name, or another person's identity — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses contained within them.

92strik reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time — including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC, a utility bill confirming your address, or a selfie holding your ID. You must cooperate with these requests promptly. Accounts where identity verification cannot be completed to 92strik's satisfaction may be suspended or closed.

Your 92strik account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, whether authorised by you or not. This responsibility includes all bets placed, all deposits made, and all withdrawals requested from your account.

You must keep your password and any two-factor authentication credentials confidential. You must not share your login details with any other person, allow any other person to access your account, or use any third-party software that automates gameplay or account management on your behalf.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 92strik support immediately at support@92strik.app. We will take reasonable steps to secure your account following notification, but we cannot be held responsible for losses incurred before you notify us of the unauthorised access.

92strik will never contact you by phone, SMS, or email to request your password. If you receive any such communication claiming to be from 92strik and asking for your login credentials, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to support@92strik.app immediately.

All financial transactions on 92strik are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no foreign currency conversion on this platform. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your balance in full, subject only to any minimum deposit thresholds.

Deposits: The minimum deposit at 92strik is Rs 200. Deposits are accepted via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Visa/Mastercard. Deposits are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 92strik does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where operationally possible. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals submitted before 4:00 PM PKT on a business day are processed the same day. Requests submitted after this cut-off are processed the following business day.

Withdrawal verification: All withdrawal requests are subject to standard anti-fraud checks. Where identity verification is outstanding, withdrawals will be held pending completion of the verification process. 92strik will not delay withdrawals beyond the time required to complete reasonable security checks.

• You may only withdraw funds to accounts or mobile numbers registered in your own name.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the wagering requirements stated in the applicable promotion's terms.
• Real-money cashback and referral rewards carry no wagering requirement and are immediately withdrawable.
• 92strik reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawal amounts.

92strik offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, referral rewards, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the Promotions page at the time of the offer. The following general bonus rules apply across the 92strik platform:

• Bonus funds are held separately from your real-money balance until all applicable wagering requirements have been completed.
• The welcome bonus carry a 15× wagering requirement on the bonus amount. Second and third deposit bonuses carry 18× and 20× requirements respectively.
• All games at 92strik contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. There are no reduced contribution rates for specific game types.
• Bonus balances expire 30 days after the date of credit if wagering requirements are not completed within that period. Expired bonuses are forfeited without affecting your real-money balance.
• Only one deposit match bonus may be active at a time. The daily cashback operates independently and may be active simultaneously with a deposit bonus.
• Referral rewards and daily cashback are credited as real money with zero wagering requirement and are immediately withdrawable.
• 92strik reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, amend its terms, or cancel a bonus credited in error. Where a bonus is cancelled due to suspected abuse or manipulation, any winnings generated from that bonus may also be forfeited.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using chip dumping techniques, or exploiting technical errors — is a serious breach of these Terms. Where 92strik identifies bonus abuse, all accounts involved may be closed and balances forfeited.

All games offered on 92strik — including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Poker, Rummy, Crash Games, and all live dealer products — are operated in accordance with their specific published rules. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a real-money bet. Game-specific rules are accessible from within each game interface.

All digital games use RNG (Random Number Generator) systems certified by independent third-party auditors. Crash games use provably fair cryptographic algorithms where results can be independently verified using pre-committed server seed hashes. Live dealer games use physical decks shuffled by human dealers on camera.

In the event of a technical malfunction or server disconnection during a game round, the following rules apply:

• If a bet has been placed and a round has started but cannot be completed due to a technical failure, the round will be voided and the bet amount returned to your balance.
• If a round has been completed and the result determined before the disconnection, the result stands and any winnings are credited to your balance when the connection is restored.
• 92strik is not responsible for losses arising from disconnections caused by your internet service provider, device failure, or third-party software on your device.

92strik reserves the right to suspend or remove any game from the platform at any time without notice. In such cases, open rounds at the time of suspension will be resolved according to the state of the game at suspension — typically void with stakes returned.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 92strik. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete identity information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's payment account or mobile wallet to deposit or withdraw funds.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or third-party tool to interact with the 92strik platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or unintended game states for financial gain.
• Chip dumping, collusion with other players, or any coordinated strategy designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or anti-fraud system operated by 92strik.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the 92strik platform.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at other players or 92strik staff members via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access areas of the 92strik platform that are not intended for member access.

92strik takes responsible gaming seriously as a core commitment, not a compliance checkbox. The platform provides tools to help every member stay in control of their gaming activity at all times. These tools are available from within your account settings and include:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit caps that are enforced immediately upon setting and can only be reduced — not increased — for a 24-hour cooling off period.
• Loss limits: Configurable limits on the amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session time reminders: Alerts that notify you after your chosen session duration has elapsed.
• Temporary account pause: A 24-hour to 30-day account cooling-off period during which you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: A full and permanent exclusion from 92strik, effective within 24 hours of request. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed once active.

92strik reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without advance notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, identity theft, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from your payment provider.
• Instruction from a regulatory, law enforcement, or financial authority.
• Where continued operation of the account would expose 92strik to unacceptable legal or financial risk.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to the account will be restricted but the balance will be preserved. Where an investigation concludes with a confirmed breach of Terms, 92strik may forfeit all or part of the balance depending on the nature of the breach.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting support@92strik.app. Any real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following standard verification checks.

All content on the 92strik platform — including but not limited to the 92strik brand name, logo, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, graphics, software, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of 92strik or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

Your account on 92strik grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the platform for your own private gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the 92strik platform.

Any unauthorised use of 92strik's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

92strik provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available, secure, and functioning correctly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or a completely error-free experience.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92strik and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from normal game play outcomes — gaming involves risk and you may lose money.
• Loss of data or account information caused by events outside 92strik's reasonable control, including cybersecurity incidents affecting third-party systems.
• Losses caused by your own failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers, internet service providers, or payment processors.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the 92strik Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between you and 92strik.

By registering an account on 92strik, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes personal details provided during registration, transaction records, game history, communication records, and technical data collected during your use of the platform.

92strik will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required for the operation of the platform or as required by law.

92strik reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members via email and display a prominent notice on the platform for at least 14 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of 92strik following the effective date of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect by contacting support@92strik.app.

The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision to these Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically even if you have not received a notification of changes.

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of 92strik shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 92strik's operational jurisdiction. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through 92strik's internal complaints process will be referred to binding arbitration.

Before escalating any dispute to formal proceedings, you must first raise it with 92strik support at support@92strik.app and allow a minimum of 14 business days for a formal response. Most issues are resolved at this stage — the support and disputes team at 92strik is authorised to apply remedies including bonus credits, priority withdrawal processing, and manual game result reviews.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent imminent harm.
